We are pleased to announce that Travel Startups Incubator (TSI) will be presenting “Destination Travel Innovation,” a technology and innovation panel session at the Connect Travel Marketing Leadership Summit, a 3-day destination marketing conference in Orlando, Florida Feb 19-21.

Calling all travel and tourism technology startups.
Do you have breakthrough technology that will impact destination marketers? Destination marketers include Destination Management Companies, (DMO’s), State and City Visitor & Tourism Bureaus, Tour Operators and In-Destination Travel Suppliers.

• 4 startups will have an opportunity to pitch their technology solution to 200+ global executives. Heads of digital and marketing, CMO’s, GM’s, and industry tourism leaders. Get in front of buyers and destination marketers for your technology pilots and commercial agreements.
• 5-7 minute pitch-presentation.
• 15-20 minute panel discussion to follow the presentations including Q&A from the audience.
• Exhibit space in the Innovation demo area during the 3-day conference to demo your technology and meet with travel executive attendees. Note* We will have more details soon regarding the space configuration in the exhibit area and what you can bring to display.
• 2 conference badges to attend the full-conference.

Timeline/Due Dates:
Now thru December 9th: Apply to present.
Dec 10th: Presenter agreements and payments due.
Jan 1st: TSI to announce 4 companies selected to present and attend the conference.
Jan 21st: Pitch deck due along with high-res logo, company summary, detailed bio and contact info.
Feb 2-7: Video presentation and/or live presentation due.
Feb 19th or 20th: Pitch/Presentation day, exact day and time, TBD.

Cost:
Free to submit to pitch.
If your company is selected to present a $995 fee will be charged by TSI.

This is an opportunity for travel tech startup to get their technology in front of USA & International buyers attending the event.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
• This is a business development opportunity for Presenters to promote and pitch a new technology or product to the attendees of the conference, NOT an investor presentation.
• 1 Presenter to pitch per company and to participate in the panel session.
• Presentations should be a combination of:
o Professional education on your new technology entering the destination marketing vertical
o The benefits of your product for destination marketers
o Why they should consider partnering with you to test/pilot the technology and or license/buy your product/technology
o How the technology or product will impact the attendees business now or in the near future.

Presentation Guidelines
• 5-7 minute presentation on stage followed by 15-20 minute moderator/panel discussion with all the 4 presenters.
• Presentation Format TBD
• Presentation must be kept relevant to attendees who are destination marketers, CMO’s, digital marketing managers of DMO’s/Visitor Bureaus, State & City Tourism Bureaus, Tour Operators, Travel Suppliers
